Map your product's current metrics to each AARRR stage and calculate the conversion rate between each stage. Then identify the single biggest bottleneck and write a prioritized experiment list to address it.
Use real product analytics if available; otherwise use realistic estimates from a comparable product (Baremetrics, Mixpanel benchmarks).
For ICE scoring, rate each dimension 1–10. Impact: how much could this move the metric? Confidence: how sure are you based on evidence? Ease: how fast can engineering ship it?
