Project · Map your system onto the MLOps loop and assess its maturity

Take a real ML or LLM application (yours or one you know) and produce an honest assessment: place every component on the lifecycle loop, name which artifacts are versioned vs. not, assess its maturity level (0/1/2), and identify the single highest-leverage gap to close next. This becomes the baseline you improve across the course.

• A diagram or table placing every component of your system on the lifecycle loop (data → train/iterate → eval → deploy → observe → feedback).
• An artifact inventory listing what is and isn't version-controlled (code, data, model/prompt, configs).
• A maturity-level assessment (0/1/2) with the one specific next step that moves you up.

• Every loop station is accounted for, including which ones are currently manual or broken.
• The artifact inventory is specific — names real prompts/datasets/configs, not categories.
• The chosen next step is a single concrete action at the correct maturity level, not a wholesale rewrite.
