• The audit takes 60-90 minutes done seriously. Do it in one sitting; don't try to spread it out.
• Use your last calendar week + sent-mail folder + DM history as the ground truth. Not memory.
• If you find you can't fill 15 rows, your job might be less routine than average — great sign, but you'll need to design the bot around the fewer targets you do have.

Stretch goals

• Add a fifth column for expected trust-cost of a bot misfire per task type (low/medium/high)
• Build a small tool that reads your Google Calendar week and pre-populates the audit for you
• Do the audit for a peer as well — they see patterns in your week you'll miss
• Create a 'graduation matrix' — for each row, define the signal (5% override rate, etc.) that would allow the rung to move up
